again its been so long now But now I am done with my Masters Exams and on the blog again.
This time I have come up with a thing every girl wants now a days it their look glowy cheeks or 100 watt skin.
I found my selection accediently actually and that was ELF Shimmering Facial Whip.
Before going into the details of this product let me tell you why i love it ?
cost efficient + good highlighter. you can find so many awsome highlighters but they are expensive it only cost u 1$ and i get it in 350 rs.
so lets begin its review

This tiny little blockbuster comes in small tube but according to its price it worth it .
Price:
As I previously wrote just 1 Dollar or PKR 350 from facebook page Nobody can so no to that! If you don’t own this yet, you are seriously missing out!
Pros:

Cons:
Whenever I think of its cons ,it's price clicked me . Well you need to be careful while applying it The consistency is thicker than any of the other options. Blending is bit The consistency is thicker than any of the other options..
Usage:
I'd recommend using a really light touch and blending it thoroughly, otherwise you'll end up with a really shiny-looking face. It's nice, though. It does the job and looks natural if you use it right. I like to use highlighters like this especially when I'm wearing foundation, to bring a little dimension back to my face. I'm not really into contouring with darker products, but highlighting is my jam. Especially on my nose and cheekbones. A very small quantity can work really well. i would not recommend to use it as a mixture with your foundation for all over the face.
remember highlighting is good and in fashion but if you over do it you will end up looking like having so much oily skin.
