Simple Braided Bun Hairstyle.. tutorial

Hello friends.

Well In my blog's polling most vote went to hairstyles tutorials so here we go with my first hairstyle tutorial . 

We usually have got the dress ,the shoes and jewelry but we always forget to plan about our hairstyle that should go with them . Bad hairstyle can ruin up your whole look no matter how well u have done your makeup dress or accessories .This hairstyle is so simple and one of my every day hairstyle in summers ( good as back to school hairstyle or everyday look). This simple and classy hairstyle is easy to make and u can make it by yourself as i did :P  plus its so elegant and chic!

PS: excuse me with some picture's angle and quality as it was my first tutorial and it was all self taken picture through timer thats why found it difficult to adjust but still i tried best and will try to explain it as best as i can step wise. although i feel like it does not need whole lot of instructions but still I like to be through! what worse then incomplete tutorial. 

THINGS YOU NEED:

Tail comb

Bobby pins( hair pins )

Hair spray ( optional )

                                                          LETS START

STEP 1 and 2.

1.Brush you hair nicely to end all tongs in hair. Then take portion of your hair from front side and create a bump , secure it with hair pins.

2.Section off your hair beneath the pouf till the back of your ear . Grab enough hair to be able to make a visible braid in it. Do the same sectioning from other side also.

STEP 3 and 4:

3.Make simple three strands braid in those sectioned part
4. Secure it with a bobby or rubber band (loosely)

STEP 5 and 6:

5.Take rest of your hair and pull it up slightly high into a ponytail. Twist your ponytail .

6.In next step make a messy bun by rolling that twist around or all the way your tie ( this is what we called simple twisted bun).

STEP 7:

7.Secure your bun nicely with bobby pins all around it.i always use good amount of pins in my hair.

STEP 8:

8.Now take both braids you have made before in front hair section, one by one and loosen them to make them look voluminous. 

STEP 9 and 10:

9.In this step you are going to take one braid at a time and wrap it from back of your ear to the bottom of the bun , ( wrap it under and and then up if you have long braid ).

10.Secure the end of the braid with hair pins. Repeat step 9 and 10 with other side of the head too.. ( spray your hair if you want to i usually dont use it in my daily routine )

      and here you have simple braided messy bun for every day look :)

LIP LINER APPLICATION

Well hello to my first blog (tips/tutorial).Your lips are essential part of your face and if u make blunders with it your whole makeup will be ruined… most of the time our housewives don’t get time to have a proper makeup in their routine life .. So what they do? They just grab a lipstick shikh!! Shikh!! And done…most probably some of them apply it nicely and it stands out good. But some of them not... today's tip and tutorial is for part of applying lipstick, which is how to apply lip liner. In 1990s one of the blunders (considered by today's beauty professionals) happened and that was applying only lip liner or applying darker shade of lip liner than lipstick. Remember, Lip liner is meant to define your lips and lip colour not act as a lip colour. We used to see young girls wearing only lip liner without lipstick and usually of brown or maroon shades. eeeyuuu !!! And unfortunately it continuous today also. I decided to write this blog because I saw a girl last night at hospital with same blunderL. Trust me it is a bad idea to pair dark brown lip liner paired with nude lipstick.

First, mistakes we make while applying lip liner:

1. DARKER LIP LINER/WITHOUT LIPSTICK

Never apply a darker lip pencil. If u don’t have perfect match, go with lighter shade 1 or 2 shades lighter and even if it is not suitable leave it apply your lipstick with brush for perfect finish. But don’t go for darker shade. (if u do this then imagine yourself as a girl who is wearing long JHUMKEY , dark eye shade of single colour, bangles and of course dark lip liner and walking at sea view Karachi :P for me at least the perception would be this however you would not be wearing any of those jhumkhas and all but only THE dark lip liner, I would surely take you like that)

2.SLOW DOWN

Don’t try to make fake lips to create big and fuller lips initially, first try to learn how to outline natural shape of your lips. Making it look bigger, smaller, fuller etc. should be a concern after wards. Otherwise imagine how your lips would look like.bigger from one side and smaller from another. OHH common I don’t even want to think about it man…

3.SAY NO TO SHARP TIP:

 Don’t sharp your lip liner to a very fine tip it will create a harsh lines which will not be smudged perfectly with lipstick... use softer tip...

Now how to apply it:

Step 1 :Take lip liner going with your lipstick as mentioned above .

Step 2: with soft pencil tip apply it  on the lines of your lips. if you feel it harsh soften it with lip brush or if u don’t have that brush , no worries have a Q tip( cotton bud) and smudge it lightly .

Step 3:If you want to make your lip colour to stay longer than fill your lips with lip liner before lipstick.

Step 4:Apply your lipstick.

Lipliner :nude colour by colour institute C17825 (got this from some random cosmetic shop PKR 80)
